Peyote cuff bracelet called "Five of Hearts". The band is made with size 8 seed beads in white and size 8 red beads as the heart pattern. The stitch is peyote with gold size 11 seed beads used for picots. The closure is a hand made loop and toggle. The band is a little over 1 inch wide. This bracelet will fit a size 6 1/2 to 6 3/4 inch wrist. I noticed that the stores already have Valentine's items out so I thought I better get beading on some for my Etsy Shop.

This is a beadwoven bracelet made with seed beads. The base is a size 8 and on that base are layers of blue and silver size 11 seed beads and in the centers of the fringe is a sapphire blue size 6 seed bead. It also has a silver toggle closure. This bracelet will fit a size 7 inch wrist. This is a very different type of bracelet for me - I usually make cuffs but this was a nice change - it took a long time to make this one as I was trying to figure it out so I may make another and hopefully it will work up quicker.

This is a Russian spiral bracelet made using size 6 tan pearl seed beads and a size 8 pearl seed bead. It also has a beautiful copper toggle closure. This bracelet fits a size 6 1/4" wrist. I really like these spiral bracelets and this one is just my size - maybe I will keep it! I also like this copper clasp and wish I could remember where I bought them.

So this is my second try working on this type of spiral stitch. I eliminated the bugle bead in this one and used colors that are more harmonious. I used two small triangle beads on the herringbone core - next time I would eliminate this step too and then I would just have a herringbone core and loops, I think this would work the best. Having said this I do like the look of this bracelet and it is really nice on.

This is a new bracelet I just finished. The core is made up of two different color size 6 seed beads and the spirals are size 8 seed beads in lilac and pearl and bugle beads in black. I have wanted to try this spiral for awhile and I think I will do it again with a size 6 seed bead or 3 mm crystal in place of the bugle bead. I also am not thrilled with the color of this bracelet. I think the size 8 beads should all be one color or very close in color - will do that in the next bracelet too. I used a black button and a loop made with size 11 seed beads for the closure.

This peyote bracelet is made up of cube beads and seed beads size 11, 8 and 6. It is made using 1, 2 and 3 drop peyote in shades of purple, lime, dark green and gold. It has a handmade loop and toggle closure and picots on the edges. I really like the look of this bracelet and it is a good way to use up extra beads - I am going to make more of these.

I finished this bracelet a while ago but forgot to post it. I had one container of magenta size 6 seed beads - so I made the 2 drop peyote band. The problem was it was a small container and this bracelet is small - 5 3/4 wrist size. I decorated it with a white flower, white trim and loop and toggle closure. The name - don't know where that came from??

This is a diagonal peyote bracelet - I thought I would use 2 different size beads for the stripes. The dark brown is size 6 seed beads and the tan pearl color is a size 8 seed bead. I think it makes for an interesting bracelet but I am not crazy about the color - I am going to make a new one but in more favorable colors! I think you can do a lot with this pattern - just by changing the colors or bead sizes.

This is a new necklace and pendant I just finished. I have had a bunch of these turquoise donuts for awhile and found these really great turquoise seed beads so I decided to combine then in a pendant spiral rope combination with some black beads. I couldn't decide if I wanted fringe or not but after seeing the finished pendant I am happy I did the fringe on the bottom.
I have not had a lot of time lately to do much beading but after a trip to the local bead store yesterday I am ready to get beading again!
